About Us
Amender, LLC was established in early 2002 after its founder discovered that his real estate maintenance services are becoming ever increasingly admired. Starting from his home in Elk River, Amender first supplied their services to local residents. Demand is increasing as our customer telling us that it is more difficult to find good, reliable, honest help for even the smallest job.
My name is Sture “Lobo” Forsell and I am the founder and owner of Amender, LLC. I was born and raised in Stockholm, Sweden. Sture is an old Swedish Royal name that goes back to 15 century. I earned my nickname “Lobo” early on in life and I carry it with pride.
Have over thirty years in Real Estate maintenance.
In earlier years, I was accurately educated in finishing, framing carpentry, remodeling construction. Completed three years of Trade school in 1969 building on my knowledge and continued the education with a year of college in 1971 for Business.
